How it works

We have a very simple process for buying your property quickly.

Step 1 – Check out our website

Check that what we offer suits your needs by browsing our website.

If you think that our service meets your needs or if you have further questions go to step 2.

Step 2 – Contact us

In many cases the earlier you contact us the more we will be able to help you. You can contact us on any of the numbers given or by filling in our contact form. You will need to provide us with certain information about your property and the more that you can provide the easier it is for us to help you.

You will receive contact from one of our team within 24 hours.

Step 3 – Offer

This part of the process results in us making you an offer for your property. At this stage we will not have viewed the property and the offer at this stage will be in the range of 70% – 80%. At this stage we will also discuss any other requirements that you have such as your timescales.

If this offer sounds acceptable then we proceed to step 4.

Step 4 – Viewing

One of our team will visit the property and discuss with you face to face your requirements. At this meeting you will receive a formal offer for the property. You are under no obligation to proceed and the offer is open for 14 days for you to think about. If the 14 days has lapsed and you wish to proceed with us contact us as we can usually still help you.

Step 5 – Sale agreed

If you are happy to proceed on the basis of our offer we will handle all of the paperwork from here. We will guide you through the whole process ensuring peace of mind throughout.
